Clozure, Inc. – Shipping Policy

As part of select premium membership plans, Clozure provides a physical membership card (“Clozure Card”) mailed to the address you provide. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle issues with these deliveries.
1. Processing Time
• Clozure processes and fulfills card orders within 5–7 business days after your membership payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
• Standard shipping within the United States is included at no additional cost with eligible memberships.
• Expedited or international shipping may be available at an additional charge, displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
• Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• International deliveries may take longer and may be subject to customs clearance.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your Clozure Card ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
• Tracking may be limited for certain international destinations.
5. Address Accuracy
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
• Clozure is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
• If your Clozure Card is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact [Insert Support Email] within 30 days of expected delivery.
• At our discretion, we may issue a replacement card. Additional shipping fees may apply for replacements.
7. International Orders
• International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
