Clozure, Inc. – Refund & Replacement Policy

The Clozure Card is a complimentary benefit included with select premium membership plans. Because it is tied to your active account, refunds and replacements are subject to the following terms:

1. Refunds for Membership Plans
• Membership Fees: Fees for Clozure premium memberships (including plans with the Clozure Card benefit) are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• If you cancel your membership before your card ships, you will not receive the Clozure Card.
• If you cancel after the card has shipped, you will retain the card but will lose access to any premium membership benefits.

2. Replacement Cards
We understand cards may be lost, stolen, or damaged. Replacement terms are as follows:
• Lost/Stolen: Contact support@getclozure.com to request a replacement. A replacement fee (e.g., $40 USD) may apply.
• Damaged Upon Arrival: Report damage within 30 days of delivery to receive a complimentary replacement.
• Wear & Tear: Standard wear and tear is not covered; replacement fees may apply.

3. Membership Status & Replacement Eligibility
• Only active premium members are eligible to request replacement cards.
• If your membership has expired or been canceled, replacement cards will not be issued.

4. Returns of Clozure Cards
• Clozure Cards do not need to be returned upon membership cancellation.
