Membership

Clozure offers Free, Complete, Essential, and Platinum membership tiers, each with the features described at time of purchase. Fees are billed as described in your plan and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use Clozure only for lawful, personal estate and legacy planning purposes.

Not legal or financial advice

Clozure helps you organize and document your wishes. It does not replace an attorney, financial advisor, or the legal requirements of your state for wills and estate documents. See our Disclosures page for details.

Access after loss

You control who can access your plan and when. Clozure will follow the access instructions on file when notified of a member's passing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify members of material changes.
