Is a Clozure membership really paid once, for life?

Yes. Clozure Free, Clozure Complete, and Platinum are each a single payment. There is no subscription, and your information and wishes stay safe for as long as Clozure exists.

What does a funeral or cremation typically cost?

It varies by location and by the kind of service. As a benchmark in the U.S., funerals commonly run about $7,000 to $12,000 and cremations about $3,000 to $7,000. Clozure does not charge these costs; our referral partners do. Planning ahead sets a realistic budget and avoids rushed, overpriced decisions later. If I pre-fund a funeral through a Clozure partner, is my money safe?

Pre-funded services are handled by the funeral or insurance provider you choose, not by Clozure. Reputable providers are required to protect pre-need funds in a trust or insurance product until services are needed. We will help you find reputable providers, ask the right questions, and understand exactly how your funds are protected before you commit.
