If something happens to you, a family member, good samaritan, or first responder can scan it to alert the Clozure concierge team, who, after verification, can access the emergency information you have chosen to share: medical wishes, religious customs, organ-donation preferences, and the notifications you set up in advance.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Deactivate it instantly from within the app and the QR code stops working immediately. Additional and replacement cards are available for purchase, and replacements are free for Platinum members.
How long does the card take to arrive?
